BOZENTSI
Kovachevitsa and Bozentsi are two of the most brilliant architectural complexes in Bulgaria. They have nothing in common – the houses in Kovachevitsa look like fortresses, and their lack of symmetry resembles science fiction, whereas in Bozentsi everything is neat, orderly and comfortable. This fairy village is hidden inside the heart of Stara Planina. Travelling towards it, you will pass through lovely broad-leaved forests. If you walk along the archaic stone streets, the first thing that will amaze you, is the trees, bushes and flowers growing everywhere around the houses, encircling them like a jungle. The people who live here have obviously, in a unique way, discovered the harmony between their homes and nature. The genius if the old constructors shows in every house, every fence and street, and even the church is unique with its beauty and style.
